COOKIE POLICY
To be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Last Updated: 23 September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Kwik Prints ("we", "us", or "our"), a trading name of The Easyhost Media Group, uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website. It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control our use of them.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website owners to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information.
First-party cookies: Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, Kwik Prints).
Third-party cookies: Cookies set by parties other than the website owner. Third-party cookies enable third-party features or functionality to be provided on or through the website (e.g. interactive content, payment processing, analytics).
2. Compliance with ICC UK Guidance
Our Cookie Policy aligns with the guidance provided by the International Chamber of Commerce (UK) Cookie Guide. We categorize the cookies used on our website into four main categories:
Category 1: Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential to enable you to move around the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas, placing orders, and using shopping carts. Without these cookies, services you have asked for (like printing checkout and account login) cannot be provided.
Category 2: Performance / Analytics Cookies
These cookies collect information about how visitors use our website—for example, which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from web pages. These cookies do not collect information that directly identifies a visitor; all information collected is aggregated and anonymous. It is only used to improve how our website works.
Category 3: Functionality Cookies
These cookies allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your user name, language, or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features. They may also be used to provide services you have asked for, such as watching a video or uploading custom artwork.
Category 4: Targeting or Advertising Cookies
These cookies are used to deliver adverts more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. They remember that you have visited a website and this information is shared with other organizations such as advertisers.
3. Specific Cookies and Third-Party Integrations We Use
To deliver our printing services and secure payment processing, we work with trusted third-party providers who may set cookies on your device when you interact with our site:
Payment Gateways (e.g. Square, Clearpay): Set necessary and fraud-prevention cookies to process secure transactions and verify identity during payment processing.
Delivery & Shipping Partners (e.g. InPost, DHL): May set functional cookies when retrieving delivery preferences or tracking order shipments.
Hosting & Security (e.g. Majesty Hosting, PowerSSL): Set session and security cookies to protect the site from security threats, DDoS attacks, and unauthorized submissions.
4. How Can You Control Cookies?
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can exercise your cookie preferences through your web browser settings.
Browser Controls
Most web browsers allow you to manage your cookie preferences through their settings. You can set your browser to refuse or remove cookies. Please note that if you choose to block or disable essential cookies, some parts of our website (including account login, cart management, and online checkout) may not function properly.

5. Updates to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please re-visit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies.
