    Ownership or title to any product will not pass to you until payment for that product has been received in full.

    15. DEPOSITS FOR LARGE, CUSTOM AND BESPOKE ORDERS

    15.1 Deposit Requirement

    For large, bulk, commercial, high-value, or bespoke orders, including custom trade work and large-batch printing, The Easyhost Media Group reserves the right to require a deposit before production begins.

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the deposit will typically be 50% of the total order value.

    The remaining balance must be paid in full before the order is collected or dispatched.

    Delivery charges are based on predetermined rate bands supplied by our courier partners, which may include services such as InPost and DHL.

    Further details are provided in our Delivery Policy.

    • a revised delivery date; or

    • cancellation and a refund.

    18. IMAGE QUALITY AND ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS

    18.1 Customer Responsibility

    Final print quality depends directly on the quality and resolution of the artwork or photograph supplied.

    Customers should provide high-resolution images wherever possible.

    For most print applications, 300 DPI is recommended.

    Screenshots, low-resolution social media downloads, compressed images, or other low-quality source files may result in poor, blurry, pixelated, or otherwise reduced-quality prints.

    Kwik Prints cannot guarantee the quality of a final print where the source artwork supplied by the customer is of insufficient quality.

    18.2 Cropping and Formatting

    Kwik Prints reserves the right to crop, scale, resize, format, or otherwise adjust uploaded images where reasonably necessary to fit product dimensions, print templates, proportions, or production requirements.

    Unless specific layout instructions have been agreed in writing, such adjustments may be made without prior notice.

    18.3 Right of Refusal

    We reserve the right to pause, refuse, or cancel an order where uploaded images or artwork are unsuitable for printing or cannot reasonably be reproduced.

    We may also refuse or pause an order where there are legitimate legal, copyright, trademark, safety, or production concerns.

    19. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

    19.1 Customer Warranty

    By uploading artwork, logos, photographs, graphics, designs, or other material to Kwik Prints, you confirm that:

    1. you own the copyright, trademark, or other relevant intellectual property rights; or

    2. you have obtained written permission or authorisation from the relevant rights holder to reproduce the material.

    You are responsible for ensuring that material supplied by you does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

    19.2 Authorisation Proof

    Where requested, you must provide written evidence that you have permission to reproduce submitted material.

    Authorisation documents should be emailed to:

    copyright@kwikprints.uk

    Please include your Order Number in the subject line.

    19.3 Copyright and Trademark Concerns

    If an order is cancelled because of copyright or trademark infringement, suspected infringement, or because you fail to provide requested proof of authorisation, any refund or credit will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

    Where permitted by law, we may issue a Store Credit refund rather than refunding the payment to the original payment method.

    Any third-party payment processing fees that are genuinely non-refundable to us may be deducted where legally permissible.

    Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

    20. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

    Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or otherwise limit any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

    20.1 Standard / Generic / Non-Personalised Goods

    Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers may have a legal right to cancel an order for standard, generic, and non-personalised goods within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

    Where this cancellation right applies, returned goods must be:

    • unused;

    • in their original condition where reasonably possible; and

    • securely packaged.

    Refunds for eligible generic returns will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable statutory timeframe.

    20.2 Truly Personalised and Bespoke Goods — Cancellation Exclusion

    Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or which are clearly personalised.

    Personalised Items

    Products incorporating your:

    • uploaded personal photographs;

    • custom names;

    • bespoke graphics;

    • customer-specific artwork;

    • personalised wording;

    • personalised logos; or

    • other customer-specific information

    are made specifically for you.

    Accordingly, such products are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind or customer error, subject to your statutory rights.

    Customer error includes, but is not limited to:

    • typographical errors or spelling mistakes in information supplied by you;

    • selecting an incorrect size;

    • selecting an incorrect product or specification;

    • supplying incorrect information;

    • supplying an unsuitable image;

    • supplying a low-quality original image; or

    • approving artwork or a proof containing information supplied or approved by you.

    Customers are responsible for checking all information, artwork, photographs, sizes, specifications, names, wording, and other details supplied to us before production begins.

    This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, defective, damaged, incorrectly produced by us, not as described, or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer legislation.

    20.3 Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Goods

    Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods supplied must be:

    • as described;

    • fit for purpose; and

    • of satisfactory quality.

    If an item arrives damaged, defective, faulty, or misprinted due to an error on our part, you are entitled to the appropriate statutory remedy, which may include a full replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

    Consumers may have a 30-day short-term right to reject goods that do not conform to the contract.

    Reporting a Fault

    Please contact Kwik Prints Customer Services if you believe an item is damaged, defective, faulty, or has been incorrectly printed.

    We may request:

    • photographs of the item;

    • photographs of the packaging;

    • video evidence where appropriate;

    • a description of the defect; and

    • your Order Number.

    This evidence allows us to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.

    Where a return is required for verified faulty or defective goods that are our responsibility, reasonable return postage costs will be covered by Kwik Prints in accordance with applicable law.

    Nothing in this section affects or limits any statutory consumer rights.

    21. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONDUCT

    The Easyhost Media Group values every customer and strives to resolve all issues as quickly, professionally, and fairly as possible.

    We understand that customers may sometimes be frustrated or unhappy with an order or service. We will endeavour to provide customers with a reasonable opportunity to raise and explain their concerns.

    • verbal abuse;

    • threatening or aggressive behaviour;

    • abusive or excessive swearing directed at staff;

    • derogatory personal comments;

    • discriminatory language;

    • harassment; or

    • any other behaviour that creates an unsafe, intimidating, or unacceptable working environment.

    21.2 Consequences of Abusive or Unacceptable Conduct

    Any serious abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour may result in an immediate and permanent ban across all websites, services, and facilities operated by The Easyhost Media Group, where appropriate and lawful.

    This may include:

    • refusing to accept future orders;

    • terminating access to services;

    • withdrawing service facilities;

    • restricting future communications;

    • requiring all future communication to take place in writing;

    • permanently restricting access to websites operated by The Easyhost Media Group; and/or

    • refusing further commercial dealings.

    In severe cases, or where a criminal act is suspected, the incident may be reported directly to the police or other appropriate authorities.

    We reserve the right to take immediate action where necessary to protect our employees, customers, premises, systems, or business operations.

    Any action taken under this section remains subject to applicable law and does not remove or restrict any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
