1. Order Collection
Customers are welcome to collect their orders free of charge. You will receive a notification via email or text message once your order has been completed and is ready for collection.
2. Delivery Options & Charges
We offer standard and express delivery options across the UK.
Standard Delivery (InPost)
InPost Locker or Shop: Estimated 3–4 working days
Home Address: Estimated 4–5 working days
Cost: £4.25 for the first item, plus £2.00 for each subsequent item.
Tracking & Notifications: Our courier will contact you via text message and/or email. Please ensure you leave your mobile number and email address on the checkout page. The courier will notify you when to expect your parcel and allow you to provide extra delivery instructions (such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour).
Express Delivery (DHL)
Delivery Time: 1–2 working days throughout most of the UK mainland. (Note: Delivery times are not guaranteed, but DHL currently enjoys a very high success rate).
Cost: £11.99 for the first item, plus £5.00 for each subsequent item.
Service Details:
Parcels are collected from us on the next working day after booking and delivered on the following working day.
(For example, if you place your order on Monday, it will be collected on Tuesday and delivered to you on Wednesday).
On the day of delivery, DHL will provide you with a 1-hour delivery window between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
