Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kwikprints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds under UK consumer protection laws.
1. Right to Cancel Standard & Generic Print-on-Demand Goods
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items without giving any reason.
Print-on-Demand (Generic Designs): If you order a product featuring a generic, pre-designed graphic or template that is available for anyone to buy, this is not classified as personalised. The fact that we print or manufacture the item after your order is placed does not remove your standard online statutory return rights.
Cancellation Period: You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to notify us of your cancellation, and a further 14 days to return the item.
Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged.
2. Exclusions: Truly Personalised & Bespoke Goods
Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Truly Personalised / Bespoke: An item is legally exempt from statutory return rights only if it is made uniquely for you—such as printing your own uploaded personal photo, adding a custom name or text, or creating a custom piece of artwork explicitly requested by you that cannot easily be resold to someone else.
Non-Returnable: Personalised and bespoke items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind or customer design error (e.g. low-resolution images, typos, or incorrect size selection).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods supplied by Kwikprints—whether generic or personalised—must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly printed due to a manufacturing error on our part:
Short-Term Right to Reject (30 Days): You are entitled to an immediate full refund or replacement if you notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.
Proof Required: Please contact our support team with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photograph/video evidence of the defect or damage.
Return Shipping Costs: If a return is required due to a verified product fault or printing error on our end, Kwikprints will cover reasonable postage costs incurred in returning the item.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Eligible Returns: Refunds for valid generic returns will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods.
Copyright / Policy Infringements: As outlined in our Copyright Policy, orders cancelled prior to production due to copyright infringement or failure to provide valid authorisation will be refunded exclusively as Store Credit due to non-refundable payment processing fees.
