Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy

At Kwikprints, we respect the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, and brand owners. We require all customers to ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for any images, graphics, logos, or artwork uploaded to our website or submitted for printing.
1. Customer Responsibility & Warranties
By submitting artwork, images, or designs to Kwikprints for printing, you represent and warrant that:
You are the sole owner of the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights in the content, OR
You have obtained explicit, lawful permission or a valid licence from the copyright owner to reproduce and print the content.
The content does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, brand assets, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights.
2. Unauthorised & Infringing Content
We do not print materials that contain unauthorised copyrighted material, trademarked logos, or brand assets without explicit proof of permission. Examples include (but are not limited to):
Brand logos (e.g., football clubs, designer labels, corporate logos) without written authorisation.
Character designs, film stills, album art, or official merchandise artwork.
Professional photography or artwork created by third parties without a licence.
3. Submitting Proof of Authorisation
If you are printing copyrighted artwork, brand logos, or professional photography that you have permission to use, you must provide written proof before or immediately after placing your order.

What to Include: Please include your Order Number in the subject line, along with a copy of your written consent, licensing agreement, invoice, or official permission letter from the rights owner.
Review: Printing will not commence until our team has verified your documentation.
4. Order Cancellations & Store Credit Refund Policy
If an order is placed containing images or artwork that infringe on third-party copyright, or if you are unable to provide valid proof of authorisation to copyright@kwikprints.uk upon request:
Order Cancellation: Kwikprints reserves the right to reject and cancel the order immediately.
Refund Method: Any order cancelled due to copyright or trademark infringement will be refunded exclusively as Store Credit.
Reason: Payment processing fees incurred during transaction processing are non-refundable to us by payment providers. Consequently, card refunds cannot be issued for orders that violate our terms.
5. Right of Refusal
Kwikprints reserves the right to refuse any printing job at our sole discretion if we reasonably suspect that the submitted materials infringe upon copyright laws or violate any local or national regulations.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kwikprints, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, costs, damages, or legal fees arising out of or related to any alleged copyright or trademark infringement resulting from artwork or images you submit to us.
