• Refund Policy


    Please note that what we sell are classed as personalised gift items or custom-made merchandise, so once the order has been confirmed then it cannot be cancelled as per The Consumer Contracts Regulations.

    Once our items reach the processing stage they cannot be cancelled or refunded.


    For personalised mugs

    Once you place the order we will proceed to

    1) Create the template ready for pressing onto the mug (double-check all the information you provide is correct as we use this information to create the template).

    2) Once the template is created we will email you a copy or show you this in messenger for your approval.

    3) Once you approve the template then this will go to the press to transfer onto the mug, so from this point cannot be cancelled or refunded.
